This book is a light, and entertaining intro or refresher to meditation. I wrote a whole review and summary of his techniques in another blog check it out here;

But there are PLENTY of books, videos, websites that can share techniques to try, or you can just daydream and explore your own inner worlds. It can get pretty entertaining if you just let it flow!boy daydreaming in grass

Whatever it takes to involve yourself in daily routine of concentrated focus for even just a few minutes a day is really going to set your mindset, lifestyle, and thus business ahead.
