So Victor has whipped together a nice little smorgasboard of meditation techniques.
There are 8 of them and you basically try a different one each week (okay, eight days); for eight weeks.
Dude is obsessed with the 8, I don’t know why the 8. I’m sure 7 (or 9!) would likely be just as fine.
I would also want to try cycling through them on a weekly (8 day) rotation and see how that felt!
But both he and now I encourage you to try all eight of the exercises. (and the bonus material if you can check out the book for yourself)
