  • Take a deep breath that ” sweeps up your current worries, hopes and dream. exhale, repeat.
  • Start timer
  • Noting; after a few breaths you should notice a part of your body ‘light up’ note the feeling and follow ‘it’ as it shifts through your body.
  • Do until timer sounds.
