Week Four! Being present.

  • Set your timer for 8 min.
  • Get comfortable in the [straightbacked] chair [with your feet on the floor and eyes closed]
  • Take a deep breath that ” sweeps up your current worries, hopes and dream. exhale, repeat.
  • Start timer
  • Most of the stuff going on in our head isn’t even real right now even though our bodies react like it is. It either already happened or we think it will. As thoughts arise note if its a thought, emotion or body sensation. Note if its triggered by a past, present, or future event. 
  • Do until timer sounds
